If you or the customer request a change to the installation date or time, you must notify Circl of this change by emailing us at service@circl.com.au Daily Attendance / Pre-Start Risk Assessment You must complete the Attendance/Pre-Start Risk Assessment each day before commencing any work on site. This requirement applies every day you are on site. Work may not commence until the pre-start is completed. If the pre-start is not completed, you are not authorised to work. Installation Photo Evidence (Safety & Quality Verification) Clear photos showing: Completed Starlink dish installation Cabling route and penetrations Mount installation including fixings, anchoring, and roof interface Safe access setup (ladder positioning, height safety controls, anchor/harness use, exclusion zones if applicable) Roof condition before and after works Speed test results Any high-risk controls in use Incomplete or unclear photos may require resubmission and may delay payment. 2. Customer-Signed Completion Certificate Confirming: Works completed per the Work Order Site left clean and safe Customer satisfied with the installation Invoice Requirements Please submit your invoice to ap@circl.com.au including: Work Order Number Actual authorised attendance dates Any approved variations (attached or referenced) Invoices lacking required documentation or safety evidence may be rejected or delayed.
